This is hand painted figurine of the Egyptian Goddess, Isis. Isis was the Egyptian Goddess of fertility and motherhood. She was the most powerful Goddess in the ancient world as she possessed the powers to grant life and death; using these powers to the benefit of her people.

The figurine would make an excellent decorative piece for the home. It displays Isis with her wings spread and wearing her traditional Egyptian clothing. She has been painted with colours associated with ancient Egypt: reds, greens and golds. The base of the figurine is covered with felt so that it does not slip from or scratch any surfaces it is placed upon.
