Singing Bowls have been used for centuries by practicing Buddhists. It is believed that using one alongside meditation can lead one onto the true path of Enlightenment. This beautiful copper bowl has been imported from Nepal and is very easy to use. Just rotate the dibber around the outside of the rim to produce a harmonious and relaxing sound.

This Singing Bowl would be a lovely gift for those who are interested in Tibetan and Buddhist cultures. It would also be appreciated by those who like to receive unusual items. This bowl is a genuine hand beaten item from Nepal. Unlike many other singing bowls you will find it has been made by hand rather than by a machine. This gives it a more authentic feel!

These are our largest singing bowls and measure between 23-25cm (9-10") in diameter and 10cm (4") in depth. To get an idea of how large these bowls are just look at the size of one compared to a 50p piece in the photo. The dibber is 20cm (8") in length and has a suede covering to ensure there is no friction between the wood and bowl whilst playing.

These bowls now also come with a free doughnut cushion on which to rest the bowl. These offer an extra bit of support whilst the singing bowl is being used. Designs vary from those shown in the photo.

This bowl produces a very crisp sound which carries for long after the bowl has been struck. This definitely is a superb quality singing bowl which can be enjoyed for many years.
