Singing Bowls have been used for centuries by practicing Buddhists. It is believed that using one alongside meditation can lead one onto the true path of Enlightenment. This beautiful copper bowl has been imported from Nepal and is very easy to use. Just rotate the dibber around the outside of the rim to produce a harmonious and relaxing sound.

Embossed into the base of this singing bowl is the sacred Hindu symbol of Aum. Reciting the Aum sound during mantras is believed to bring peace, happiness spiritual progress and enlightenment.
