1.1 The cost of shipping is dependent upon where you live. The prices are displayed in the table below.

UK - Standard delivery within the UK is £1.99 regardless of how many items you order. Orders will be processed within three working days.
1st class delivery is £3.99. Orders will be processed within two working days.
Express delivery is £9.99. Orders placed before 1300GMT will arrive next working day. Orders placed after this time will arrive within two working days. All express deliveries are sent via FedEx courier or, Royal Mail special delivery. There is only one £9.99 postage charge regardless of the number of items ordered. Availability; Monday-Thursday, UK mainland only.
Europe - Items are sent by Airmail. They will take 5-12 working days to be delivered. Single items weighing over 2000g can not be sent. Your postage charge is calculated for every 2000g, charges will increase if you go above this weight.
Worldwide - Items weighing up to 500g are sent by Airmail. They will take 7-14 working days to be delivered. Packages weighing more than 500g are sent by Surface Mail which can take up to 10 weeks to be delivered. If you would like a quote for an Airmail delivery please contact us. Single items weighing over 2000g can not be sent. Your postage charge is calculated for every 2000g, charges will increase if you go above this weight.

If we are unable to ship your item using our express services we will contact you on the same day you place your order.

The majority of Royal Mail second-class deliveries arrive within 2 working days of dispatch but please allow 15 working days for your order to reach you. Royal Mail do not consider an item as missing before 15 days has elapsed so HandcraftedUK can not pursue a claim for missing mail during this period. 2. Returns and Exchanges
2.1 Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items that have been damaged through the negligence of the customer are excluded from this policy. Please contact us before returning items as unauthorised returns are not permitted.
