Limited edition pack of our best selling Buddhist instruments. The box includes the following items; Singing Bowl - The singing bowl is used for meditation. The clear note of the bowl helps the practitioner to clarify the mind in order to achieve a state of deep meditation.  Inside the box is a singing bowl measuring at 5cm (2") in height and 9cm (3.5") in diameter and also includes a mat with a wooden stick.

 
Tibetan Bell and Dorje - The bell is used in many ceremonies and it is usually played by holding it in the left hand, and act which symbolises wisdom. The right hand holds the dorje, which is sometimes called the thunderbolt. This is a symbolic artefact which represents the unity between the material and spiritual world.
The bell can also be played by rubbing a stick around the outer rim of the bell - similar to playing a singing bowl. If the bell is held firmly and vertically then a piercing note can be achieved by rotating the stick around the rim.  The bell measures at 16cm (6") in height and a diameter of 9cm (3.5").   The Dorje measures at 10cm (4") and a diameter or 4cm (1.5").

Tibetan Chimes - Apart from their ancient traditional use and an aid to meditation, Tibetan chimes are used nowadays in an increasing variety of ways. They are easy to play - simply hold the leather thong in both hands and allow the rim of one chime to strike against the other. The clean and clear sound produced resonates for some time and was originally used to focus the mind during meditation. More recently, it is used by Sound Therapists and Feng Shui experts to aid in the ôSpace Clearing" of rooms. Musicians also appreciate the clarity of sound and the chimes are now heard in all forms of music.  These chimes come boxed and measure at 6cm (2.5") in width.
