Singing Bowls have been used for centuries by practising Buddhists. It is believed that using one alongside meditation can lead one onto the true path of Enlightenment. This beautiful copper bowl has been imported from Nepal and is very easy to use. Just rotate the dibber around the outside of the rim to produce a harmonious and relaxing sound.

The items arrive to you in a beautiful box containing an instruction pad which gives guidance on how to use the Singing Bowl.

The bowl measures 10cm (3.5") in diameter and 6cm (2.5) in depth. The dibber measures 13cm (5") in length, and the mat 14cm (5.5") in diameter. The mats that come with these singing bowls differ in pattern and may be different to the one shown in the photograph.
