Tingsha have been used during meditation for centuries. Their beautiful vibration calls for our awareness to focus on our inner being and achieve Spiritual growth.

These cymbals have been carefully crafted using the ancient Tibetan method of sand-casting. After the casting process each pair are individually hammered around their outer rim until they produce an identical pitch.

Each cymbal measures 6cm (3") in diameter and they are held together with a strong leather strap. They are presented in a gift box which would make them an ideal gift for those interested in Buddhist items.
