Tingsha have been used during meditation for centuries. Their beautiful vibration calls for our awareness to focus on our inner being and achieve spiritual growth.

These cymbals have been carefully crafted using the ancient Tibetan method of sand-casting. After the casting process each pair are individually hammered around their outer rim until they produce an identical pitch.

These tingsha are available in three different sizes:

Regular - each cymbal 6cm (2.5") diameter - approximately 180g - £15.99

Large - each cymbal 7cm (2.75") diameter - approximately 250g - £19.99

Extra Large- each cymbal 8cm (3") diameter - approximately 350g - £22.99
